Are parties or events allowed?
We totally get it - Ptown is very lively and festive! You’re welcome to have friends over, just please be respectful, don’t host a ton of people, no house parties, and please don’t trash the place.
Please use good judgment and do your best to realize that we worked very hard to buy, decorate, and maintain our home.
What are the check-in / check-out procedures?
You will be able to access our home with a door code, which we will send to you during the days prior to your arrival.
Check-in time is anytime after 4:00 PM. Occasionally we accommodate early check-in if we have a gap between guests.
Check-out time is anytime before 10:00 AM
Can I smoke at the property?
Our home is a smoke-free home.
Please do not smoke or vape anything inside or outside the building.
The smell of pot smoke, bud, and joints is very strong.
We really must emphasize no smoking or vaping on premises. The smell lingers for a long time, and that’s not fair to us or to our future guests.
Where do I park?
The parking is video monitored and strictly enforced. Please only park in space #3, which is the first space on the left, directly next to Unit 3. You may either back into the space, or pull in, turn around at the top, and pull forward into space #3.
Absolutely no vehicles larger than a full-size SUV.
For additional or larger vehicles, use the West End Parking Lot, a 6-minute walk away on Commercial St, 5 houses past Atwood. There are 45 spaces, pay via Passport Parking App, $30/day, enforced Apr 1 – Nov 3, 8am–Midnight.
There is no temporary or guest parking at 4 Atwood — please do not enter the driveway unless assigned to space #3.
Provincetown is best enjoyed on foot — park and forget the car!
